Lee's Summit Social Services is a non-profit agency dedicated to assisting low-income, elderly, and/or disabled individuals and families in the Lee's Summit area with emergency needs such as food, utility and rent assistance, clothing, and medical items. Founded in 1992, the organization aims to maintain the dignity of its clients while helping them achieve greater independence. It operates through the support of donors, volunteers, and community partners to provide essential services and foster a more equitable community.
